林肖玲

Ms Lim graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in Business Administration. She has served in social welfare organizations, specifically with the elderly, for approximately five years.

她十分喜歡小朋友，喜愛與他們玩耍，並且細聽他們的童言童語。在非華語地方成長的小朋友，學習中文確實不容易。她喜歡透過唱兒歌、說童話故事、做手工及與他們玩兒時遊戲等，提升他們的學習興趣，並應用在日常生活上。

他們好像海綿一樣，吸收能力快；他們又喜歡探索新事物，充滿好奇心。為了令他們有持續學習的興趣，老師們要施展渾身解數呢！

期望小朋友喜歡學習中文，增加聽說讀寫的能力。除此之外，希望他們能夠了解多些中國傳統及文化，與他人分享，在愉快中學習及成長。
